This is the first written review Ive ever done in my life. On Saturday, May 20th, 2023, I took my 2023 Husqvarna 701 Enduro to Team Charlotte Motorsports to have the front and rear wheels/tires balanced (at approximately 60 mph, the bike would begin to wobble/shake). When I pulled around back and was getting off my bike, I was greeting by someone asking me how they could help me. I told them what I wanted done and they escorted me to Mr. Nick Quintos (the EURO guy) in service. Nick took down all pertinent information and said that it would be about an hour. I was thinking no-way, they were busy and Im sure that several other folks were in front of me, I was honesty expecting 3-4 hours. As I waited, I was offered lunch and a drink on the house. I crossed paths were several folks working at the dealership that basically just said hello, and could they help me. It was just the right amount of hello, and can I help you, nothing bothersome. After about an hour, Nick found me and indicated that my bike was done. I was excited and nervous as Ive had terrible luck with other dealerships. Nick explained what they found and corrected with my wheels being out of balance. Nick genuinely wanted me to be happy with their work and stressed that if Im not 100% satisfied to call him back and they would make it right. Once I left the dealership to head home, I momentarily hit 3 mph shy of triple digits on an enduro with knobby tires and it was smooth/no shakes/wobbles at that speed. Nick never asked me to go to some website and give him 5 stars. If I could give Nick and this dealership 100 stars, I would. Thank you for basically doing what I needed done.

From my first phone call to the dealership to going on a week after I picked my bike up, I have never been more impressed! I started my relationship with Team Charlotte/Tees Euro Cycles a couple of months ago. I searched for Aprilia RS660 online and found Team Charlotte/Tees Euro Cycles. They have A LOT of motorcycles, dirt bikes, jet skis; A LOT of everything! I sent a message via a link on the website to get more information on the Aprilia RS660s and Kevin contacted me. We spoke and text frequently about the bike I wanted. Because the motorcycle was on order, I patiently (and sometimes not so patiently) waited for the bike. As soon as it landed, Kevin text me. We communicated frequently for the two days before I picked up my bike. I now have a 2023 Aprilia RS660 in my garage! Apparently, Saturdays at the dealership are SUPER busy, but Kevin, Nick, Jeff and Trenton made me feel like I was the most important gal there! (They serve lunch there on Saturdays! They have a concert stage in their parking lot! Crazy cool!). Their focus was to make sure I was happy and they exceeded my expectations and raised the bar for any other motorcycle dealership! Personable, professional, and, I believe most importantly, authentic; thats called culture. I felt like my family was there to greet me as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. I cannot recommend Team Charlotte Motorsports/Tees Euro Cycles enough. My whole experience with them was a well oiled machine from front to back.

AFA, Ask for Alex. 1st time rider and buyer of a motorcycle. I did a lot of research while letting my purchase speak to me and call my name. I was set on an r3 as a nice beginner bike and stepped into the store bright eyed and bushy tail. Alex approached and immediately made me feel comfortable and not out of my element. After we talked he was on the case for the next r3 to be mine. I did more research and personally decided I would rather not get the r3 as a beginner bike because I didn't want to go through selling it later to upgrade which my gut was telling me I would do shortly after the purchase. I set my sites on the r7, it felt right and I never looked back. Went back in and simply said to Alex I've changed my mind, I want an r7. He simply said ok I'm on it. Got a call from him that he had a black one but I wanted the blue, he said ok I'm on it. Put my deposit down and waited eagerly and the day came when Alex was ringing my line with the news of me owning my 1st bike. This guy made this process friendly, informative and without any pressure. To me it was everything, because for me the person/place you by from should add to the confidence from MFS to riding on the road without added worries. Thank you again Alex, See you in 600 miles.

I had been dealing with another dealership in concord, nc looking for a sport bike. I never felt welcome. Just my first phone call to TCM was awesome. The sales person was acutely happy and answered all of my questions so I decided to go down.

When I arrived I was greeted with fresh popcorn and drinks. When I met with my sales person I never felt rushed or a burden. As I looked at the inventory they had to proble moving bikes outside for me to hear and feel.

Once i decided on a bike the finance portion was done in under an hour and we where able to be well within my budget. Signing the paperwork was painless and everyone was kind, polite, and knowledgeable.

Just when I thought it was done I was taken to meet parts, service, and even a mechanic that was able to tell me about the bike.

At no time did I feel pressured. I feel that everyone looking for a bike should try TCM first.

First, I would like to state that I have been to team Charlotte Motorsports so many times in the last 2 years that I can not recall how many. The last time that I went into the store on 12/16/2021 I met one of their Sales Associates and he was very new but was by far the best helping hand that I have had at any dealership, store, restaurant you name IT!!!! Kevin was absolutely amazing every time I have gone I felt almost any person who tried to help me would send me to some bike that did not match me at all. I currently ride a Honda CBR 300 R and they would try to put me on something like a Goldwing or a classic style bike. NOT KEVIN! He helped me find the bike that best fit me. I came in and asked him for a 1000cc he help me find some a little smaller and still some choices that were better than my price range. He was quick, he was attentive, he was knowledgeable and more than anything HE GAVE A damn. Not about me as a customer but me as a person. Huge props to team Charlotte Motorsport for helping me met Kevin. Side Note but huge shout out to Ross who is phenomenal as always man he is quick and helpful.

Bought a new Moto Guzzi California 1400 Touring here almost exactly one year ago. Tee Caldwell was great, the entire long distance/remote experience was very good. I picked the vehicle up there and rode it 250 miles in the winter to get home. Setup was perfect, bike was flawless, picked up some electric gloves, life saver! Price was the best I found but, price or no, the product is great and the Tee for sales and the service seems incredibly solid as well. There was a list minute glitch and they just, bang, fixed it. Guzzi buyers should look up Tee and this dealership for knowledge, quality and value.

I have had excellent service at this dealership. I was concerned about spending too much on a first dirt bike for my teenage son and having to deal with trade in value or resale if I got a bike that was too small or gutless for him. I spoke with the owner and he has a buy back program for this purpose. A fair price to return the bike unscathed in 6 months. I almost went home that night because I don't own a truck or trailer and had no way to get a dirt bike home. The internet sales manager Tyler loaded the bike in his truck and delivered to me free of charge. He said he was coming my way anyway when he got off work to meet up with some friends. Now maybe the stars aligned for me that day, or maybe they're just that great. Give them a shot and see for yourself.

Called about having a new rear tire put on my R1 and the service desk had me an appointment for the next morning. I walked around and checked out the store for a little bit while they put the tire on for me and they even serviced my chain. I was back on the road quicker than I expected. I needed to have my 2008 Kawasaki ZX14 check, inspected, a 15,000 mile service and fluids flushed. Team Charlotte completed the job and I picked up my ZX14 on May 27, 2016. I am very happy with customer service specialist, Lewis Hoskins. Lewis took his time working with me as I had many concerns with how I wanted the work and service to be perform on my ZX14. He made me feel secure and confident my bike was in the best of hands and the technician, Forest B is an expert working on Kawasaki motorcycles. So, I became impressed the day I picked my bike up as I noticed the technician, Forest, typed up a full page detail report of his work performed on my bike and his work is solid at this time. In 2008 I purchased a 2008 Honda Goldwing from Team Charlotte Motorsports mainly because of the great deal that they gave me. At that time, I did not know about how good their service department is. While riding 190,000 miles since the purchase I have been extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism of their service department. Ben, the service manager, goes the extra mile to insure that the services are performed in a very timely manner.

I recently purchased a used Suzuki M109R from team charlotte, Once I got the bike home and rode it a short distance it began to smoke really bad, and oil came out of the left side breather. At first I thought I had been stuck, but after a call to the sales manager, I was very impressed with how he handled this problem. He assured me they would find out what was wrong with the bike and what ever it was big or small, if I did not want the bike they would refund my money, or fix the bike. It turned out to be over filled with oil, they took care of it very quickly, and on top of it to make me comfortable they gave me a one year extended warranty, and sold me a second year warranty at a un believable price. It is nice to see there are still some people in business that care about more than just making a sale and once it's over you don't matter any more. These people at team charlotte is not like most people I have dealt with in the past, They care about you, and go out of their way to make your sales experience the best you will have had in a long time. So thanks to Bill the owner, Bob, the sale manager, Rico, the sale rep, and ben the service manager, I had the best buying experience in my life.

Service was great. Had talked to the manager Bob, beforehand and when I arrived he greeted me and introduced me to a sales rep by the name of Marcell. I had come to inquire about Ninja 300's but Marcell showed me the new light. I ended up putting a down payment on a sexy new Yamaha R3. Marcell was really down to earth, easy to speak to and never tried to enforce anything upon me. He gave me opinions and respected my own. I wish I had bought my first motorcycle here.

I am brand new to riding and needed a helmet for a motorcycle riders course I will be taking next week. Being so new, I thought that my husband's helmet was a good fit for me, ordered one in the same size from the internet, realized afterwards it was too big and sent it back. My husband had visited your store when he was shopping for a bike and was so impressed with the salesman and the time the the salesman spent helping him that he recommended I come to Team Charlotte for a helmet. Boy am I glad I did....Ashley gave me great advice, took the time to let me try on several different helmets until I found one that fit me perfectly.The helmet was on clearance so I got a great deal on it to boot! She also recommended the quick release adapter for the throat strap which makes it so much easier to connect and disconnect the strap-no more threading and unthreading the D-rings each time. Just got back from scheduled maintenance. I purchased 2008 GL1800 from Charlotte at the best price I could find back in 2007. I also purchased the "Pit Pass", a 3 year plan that covers parts and labor for all scheduled services (I'm now on the 3rd one). I have always received prompt, excellent service from the Service Manager Ben and his staff. Coming up on 170,000 miles and am looking forward to many more years with Team Charlotte Motorsports.
